Okay. I'm gonna guess...

#3: Odo
#4: Jayne (and such a lovely hat, too)

#7: Delirium (though if you're going for more minor characters, I'd pick Lucien)
#10: I'll take a stab at Simon Illyan (but he'll probably stab me back)

Odo and Illyan: quite so! Something of a theme, there. (And I imagine Illyan would get stabbed, and then you'd get shot from about four directions and two elevations...)

Jayne's a lot of fun, but not quite; Xander's probably my favorite of the main three Buffy characters, but not the best of the show.
