So I'm sitting here at the end of my lunch break humming techno dance music and happily browsing RPG.net, and I bounce down the stairs to the lunchroom to grab some tea and water, and it occurs to me: goddamnit, this "exercise" hoohah actually is giving me some sort of endorphin thing. I was perfectly happy knowing that exercise was an evil thing that made you sweaty and forced you to be bored outside, and the "you'll feel better" schpiels were lies of the wellness/naturalistic complex... But nooOOoo, apparently when you do it in 25-minute reasonable doses, and feed yourself appropriately, it's not that bad.

Damn you, exercise! Daaaaaamn yooooouuu!

I concur, that is why I will never excercise.
I don't believe I should have to run unless someone's chasing me.

No naturally-occuring morphine-like neurochemicals for you, eh?

Eep! Exercise! Yeah, well....

Yep, it is true, as I am rediscovering. Fortunately, I've found that doing martial arts mitigates the boredom and the need to be outside. Plus, it's cool to learn moves that can break arms, etc., even if you're not planning to ever use them. I've definitely learned a thing or two studying marital arts over the years that have worked their way into my fiction, though. :-)
