Nov. 27th, 2005 06:28 pmAwhile back I was like, Man, why did I bow out of gaming tonight? And then I started back up the stairs from the laundry room and felt my brain sliding around at the top of my neck and crying "Whoa, slow down there, hoss!" Ah, yes, that's it.
Annoying cold. I suppose it's a blessing that it hasn't descended to the utmost depths of misery, but still, I wanted to do things today and yesterday, not just lie still and keep my brain from sloshing. (Well, I should have laid still yesterday, but it didn't seem so bad until that evening...)
cochese blames
naudiz, but I didn't see nearly enough of her at ACNW, and there were so many plague vectors there to choose from... (I suspect
a2macgeek! Hope you're ok, Kris!)
Eh well, I can, at least, think back to happy gaming times last weekend when I was merely incubating the plague instead of demonstrating it. (Insult to injury, last night instead of getting healing restful sleep I was having annoying dreams of the second game I ran, and of running another version of it on bare notice, without materials, in a sterile office... Blast it!) Anyway, I'll see if I can put up the recap post with quotes tonight.
On the plus side, Dread Girl and New Girl are both away housesitting, so I have enough amperage to run the space heater. Warmth! Joy!
