Bah! I've been meaning to write up a "what other game* should I run at ACNW" post for more than a month, now. So get your answers in soon!
The options (names not yet created to protect the innocent):
Hand Puppet Amber. In which your player's main body plays the amnesiac core of who you are, and your player and others control various hand puppets who are disintegrated bits of your personality (or maybe other people's personalities, or maybe they're independent entities). A game about figuring out who you will be, and then applying it to some fucked-up political situation.
Jedi Kids Amber. In which you are among a group of learners in the Jedi Temple who escape into another dimension as Anakin starts his massacre, and who come to find out that all roads lead to Amber, and yours was headed that way long before. Are you going to take that? A game about figuring out who you will be, and then applying it to some fucked-up political situation.
"Though the Door with a Gun" again, for those who missed it the first time.
A different game set in Noir Deiga.
"Volatile" again, for those who missed it the first time. (No direct link alas, search page for Vol)
A different game set in uppity steampunk Rebma.
(*"Other game"? Why, yes! Mike S, John 9, and I are going to be taking another stab at "Guns of Abalaa", so keep your slot 1 free!)

Date: 2008-09-11 11:47 pm (UTC)I was sad to miss "Through the Door with a Gun" the first time around. I can't recall if I was running that slot, or if I just didn't make it in.

Date: 2008-09-11 11:56 pm (UTC)I'm also a big proponent in not repeating one-shots if you can avoid it. I know it's common theme with ACNW, and I've done it in the past for games that had some degree of popularity, but overall I lean towards preferring games set in the same universe that don't require knowledge of previous games.
