Maybe it's just me, but language saying "We specifically welcome women," would make me leary. Makes me wonder why. Do they have a quota to meet? Has there been problems in the past such that they now have to reassure women that they are welcome? Are they looking for women because they want someone to hit on? Treating me differently doesn't make me feel welcome.
