I've been thinking about updating my webpages (after, oh... You know, like um four or five years), and with a sigh I decided that I supposed it was about time I joined this millenium and learned CSS. After all, the Annotated Amber cries out to be a wiki, and most wikis look like something the dog shat, and then ate, and then puked up on the clean towels you'd set out for your guests who will be arriving in 15 minutes. I'm given to understand that the answer is CSS.
Now, the trouble with CSS is that its missionaries are fervent snobs, a great many of whom also have terrible aesthetics. ( I suppose I'm ranting more about usability than aesthetics here )
( A gorgeous page that is everything I desire in a website )
( A snob who is also a fool )
( A pretty good CSS book )
( A wild-eyed conspiracy theory about Microsoft doing evil to Firefox )
( Other thoughts, potentially wild-eyed )
( A bit of ranting about mice, and the Mac users that love them )
( ...And a woodcut )
