My response would be to wonder what the ratio of women gamers to men is in general. If it's only 20%, then the poster ratio may actually be a good number. :)

I guess it comes down to show me, don't tell me. Don't say "We want more women posters," just make the environment one where women (or anyone) don't feel uncomfortable posting.
